Venue #67: The Annenberg Space for Photography (Century City)




a. Fees: To cover four extra hours of cleaning and the operation of our audio-visual resources the Photography Space charges a nonrefundable $3,000 space rental fee (qualified public charities/nonprofits are eligible for a 50% discount). Fees go towards the Photography Space’s continued operation.

e. Food/Hospitality: Once an event is booked, we will provide a preferred list of caterers. All food and hospitality for the event must be provided by one of these preferred caterers, who have been specially chosen by the Photography Space due to the quality of their food, services, and demonstrated ability to care for and maintain our facilities with minimal damage to the Space.
i. No red wine, red velvet cake, or other foods that could permanently stain the floor and furniture due to color are permitted to be served. All proposed menu items must be reviewed and approved by the Events & Hospitality Manager before the event.
ii. Additional non-catering vendors (e.g., florists, musicians) must be reviewed and approved by in advance by the Events & Hospitality Manager.
