Area Rental Fee (rates vary based on actual usage) $ 4,300
Post-Event Cleaning Fee $ 350
One (1) Security Officer (min) $ 350
Site Coordinator $ 500
FRED HARVEY TOTAL DAILY RENTAL FEE $ 5,500
SOUTH PATIO 300 Seated 700 Cocktails & Appetizers
Area Rental Fee (rates vary based on actual usage) $ 4,300
One (1) Security Officer (minimum) $ 350
Post-Event Cleaning Fee $ 350
Site Coordinator $ 500
SOUTH PATIO TOTAL DAILY RENTAL FEE $ 5,500
DISCOUNTS are available for multiple-area rentals; Area Rental Prices may vary based on actual usage.
For all rentals, event insurance and an additional minimum $1,000 security deposit (refundable)
will be required. The security deposit will be refunded if it is determined that the rented area
has been left in good order. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Rates are not
guaranteed until full execution of special event agreements and all deposits are received.
PREP and STRIKE days are charged at ½ of the Total Daily Rental Fee.

They only thing I would add is that there is NO running water at Harvey Restaurant aside from the bathrooms, so you have to bring all of that in, and no kitchen, so you have to bring all of that in.
