We are pleased you are considering El Tres for your special event . Our Salon is
perfect for your int imate party of up to 75 guests. The tropical Pat io and Salon
combined are avai lable, weather permi t t ing, for up to 160 guests. We provide a
casual yet elegant set t ing for everything from wedding recept ions, lunch meet ings,
cocktai l part ies, and trunk shows to album l istening sessions, DVD screenings, and
birthday blowouts.!Rental of al l 3-guest sui tes at The Inn, at a special discount rate,
is required for al l large and evening events in the Salon. Dayt ime events must be
completed by 4 pm.
We of fer several al l- inclusive food and beverage packages. Al l packages include 2
hours of hosted select bar and the buf fet food menu of your choice. Premium Bar
upgrade and non-alcohol ic bar are avai lable. Please see beverage menu for detai ls.
$1000 food and beverage minimum required for al l events.

8 round cocktail outdoor tables and 25 red outdoor chairs on Patio
6 marble cocktail indoor tables and 24 black cafe chairs in El Salon
Bar & Wait staff for your event
Event manager for duration of your event

Room rental and cleaning
Recycled Paper Napkins, Forks and 6, 8 or 10 inch paper plates.
IPod Dock (IPod not included) for use with house sound system
Use of 52-inch flat-screen LCD TV
Use of Blu-ray DVD player with laptop connection
Acoustic music permitted with prior approval of Event Manager

We do not allow wedding ceremonies, amplified music of any type including DJs, pets or outside food or beverage.
Removal or moving of furniture by staff only. All decorations & flowers require advance approval by Event Manager.
