Deposit: u To confirm your reservation a $500 deposit is required at time of booking.
Payment: u Half of the estimated charges for food, beverage, sales tax, and service is due 15
days in advance of the event.
We will require full payment 2 days prior to the event by cashier’s or company’s check with a
signed credit card voucher on file for additional charges that may be incurred.
Cancellation Policy: u A full deposit refund will be given with a notice of cancellation 180 days prior to the
event.
Final Guarantee: u In order to accommodate purchasing requirements and staffing schedules the final
guest count is required 72 hours prior to the event. The final guest count will serve as the
guarantee.
Food and Beverage: u All food and beverage with the exception of the wedding cake must be provided by
Ca’del Sole. The wedding cake should be delivered on the day of the event. The restaurant can
not be responsible for the storage, handling or setting of the wedding cake.
u Final menu selections need to be received 30 days prior to the event in order to
determine the budget estimates.
u Alcoholic beverages are quoted on a per drink basis. Wine and champagne are
charges by the open bottle. Ca’del Sole reserves the right to refuse service to guests who
appear intoxicated or under the age of 21 years old. Bartender fees are a $100.00 for each cash
bar. Cash bars can be set up with no preset minimums.
Music: u Only D.J.’s or musicians playing soft music are allowed inside. However, because
Ca’del Sole is located in a residential area amplified music in not allowed outside. Only
acoustic music can be played for the ceremony.
u Dancing is permitted inside and cut off time for music is 10:30 p.m. Also, any
musician or D.J. must agree to any request made by the management of the restaurant.
Linen colors: u Our standard table linen white with white napkins. Alternative colors and sizes may
be rented upon request at a nominal charge.
Additional costs:
u The wedding ceremony set up fee $300.00
Includes the wedding arch, all pre-event consulting and complete set up for
ceremony with a maximum of 15 chairs. Rehearsal times for the ceremony may be held
two or three days prior to the event in the afternoons between 3:30 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
u Dance floor $150.00
u Use of sound equipment $150.00
u Cake cutting fee $1.50 per person
u Sales tax of 9.75% is added to the food and beverage costs
u Gratuity of 19.5% is added to the total bill
u Valet parking $3.50 per car
u Labor charge $150.00 per hour
Anticipated time for the event is 4 hours. After that $150.00 will apply for each additional
hour or fraction thereof.
Personal belongings: u Items left behind at the conclusion of the event are not the responsibility of the
restaurant. The host of the party is responsible to protect gifts and other items delivered to the
function. We will gladly assist in moving the gifts but only under the direct supervision of the
host or someone they have selected from their party.
Liability: u The host will be held liable for any damage caused to the property or landscaping by
their guests and any third party (photographers, musicians, florist, etc.) contracted by the host.
Indemnification: u The host agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the restaurant, its officers,
employees, agents, and other affiliates entities against claims losses, damages, and expenses
arising from the hosts, its subcontrac
