Venue #90: Duke's Malibu (Malibu)

Thank you for considering Duke’s Malibu for your special day.  We are looking forward to working with you to create a wonderful event for you and your guests.

The Moana Room features sweeping ocean views of the Pacific and a private entrance.  Although we do not have outside seating in our banquet area, there is an attached balcony for your enjoyment.  On our web site,www.dukesmalibu.com, click the “Plan an Event” tab at the top of the page to view pictures of the Moana Room.  Events in the Moana Room can start at 11am, or in the evening, at 6pm.  The room rental block of time is 5 hours.  Our Board Room can accommodate up to 36 guests and is the ultimate setting for meetings, rehearsal dinners or an intimate celebration, and rents for 3 hour increments at any time of the day or evening. The Moana Room can accommodate up to 250 guests with the ability to be partitioned for a ceremony or to make the room cozier for smaller group settings.  A dance floor can be placed, and Live Bands and DJs are always welcome.
I have attached our food and beverage menu options, as well as some other important information for your consideration.  Room Rental Fees and Food & Beverage Minimums are based on the requested date and time of day.  If you can supply us with a specific date and time of day that you are considering, as well as the estimated amount of guests, we will be able to send you detailed pricing information. 
There is specific information on the attached Agreement Form about the deposit which is required in order to book an event at Duke’s Malibu.  If you are considering holding your wedding or Mitzvah ceremony in the Moana Room, the fee is $850 and an extra hour is added to the 5 hour time slot along with use of our beach front bridal suite.

NOTE FROM KAREN:  There are more prices, but it's all up from here. This is the cheapest, unless you want to only serve appetizers or desserts.
