This is one I actually put on my top 20 list because it was so affordable. We visited this one. We loved the affordability and the outdoor part of the venue (and the actual library itself), but the community room, while super affordable, was quite small and not that unique. That said, you could have part of the reception on the outdoor patio of the community room, and the actual scenery is gorgeous. I pulled a ton of pictures for this one because I thought about it a lot.

Last time I called, the prices were really affordable. I think it was $350 for the ceremony. For more details, call them.
If you prefer a more Asian outdoors theme, there is also this teahouse for rental at around the same price.
When we checked the library, it was under renovation and there were no room rentals for weddings, but it's been a year, and they might now be renting. But there is a community room that you can use for rentals at some insanely low price - $50 an hour last time I checked. But as I mentioned before, it's a tiny building and not that impressive.
THAT SAID, the surroundings and library are gorgeous, affording brides some epic pics.
This is the ones I fell in love with originally.
