All That’s Included with Your Site Rental Fee:
-The use of our gorgeous Bridal Suite (400 square feet) before & during the event (getting-ready time is not applied to your  event time – brides are allowed on-site from 10:00am-onwards) – newly-remodeled with wood floors, luxurious seating area, full  mirrored vanity area for the bride, vanity areas for the bridesmaids, iPod dock system, and mini-fridge

-The use of our newly-remodeled fun and relaxing Groom’s Lounge (350 square feet) before & during the event (getting-ready  time is not applied to your event time –grooms are allowed on-site from 10:00am-onwards) - Pool Table, Flat-screen TV with Direct  TV Service, DVD player, comfortable leather sofa, seating areas, and mini-fridge

-Charming overhead café string lighting with white ‘paper’ lanterns, lamppost lighting around the courtyard, white mini-string lights draped in the trees surrounding the courtyard

-China, glassware, and flatware for dining, coffee station, and cake included
-Two (2) 6’ft Dark Wood Bar Fronts
-Set-up and Clean-up of all the tables, chairs and Franciscan Gardens, LLC-owned items
-Services of the on-site Venue & Event Manager and Assistant Venue & Event Manager*
-Exclusive use of the site - We only book one event per day
-1-hour Wedding Rehearsal time slot (please contact Venue & Event Manager to arrange)
-Elegant Honey Oak Chivari chairs for up to 200 guests (designer wood chairs w/ cushions)
-Tables including:
 Dining tables for up to 200 guests (60” round tables that seat 8 - 10 guests each)
 36” Round High Cocktail Tables
 48” Round Cake Table
 8’ft and 6’ft tables for various uses (guest book, gifts, head table, etc.)
 24”x24” Small Table (communion, or sand ceremony)
-Two (2) Black Wrought-Iron Arches – Steeple & Curved archways - (for use in ceremony, reception décor, etc.)
-One (1) Large Bronze Floor Easel

Available for an Additional Fee:
-In addition to menu costs, all linens & furniture rentals are to be rented through 24 Carrots Catering
To enhance your guest’s experience, the Complete Glassware Package for bar service can be added (starting at $3 per person)
-Large Ivory Garden Umbrellas with Wrought-Iron Bases
-Full-size Propane ‘Mushroom’ Patio Heaters (Rental Packages Available in sets of 4, 6 and 8)
-Tent Rental of Clear Canopies to Cover the Entire Courtyard Space
